All employees of Quadrint, Inc. participate in an employee education and training program. In the ever changing business environment, continuing education and employee development is a must. Quadrint, Inc. sets aside a set dollar amount for every Quadrint employee to participate in various training and education programs each year. The education and training dollars can be spent on a wide variety of training and education, including: conferences, classroom training, computer based training, seminars, technical books, etc.

We review with each employee each year his or her training needs and work together with the employee to pick the best training to suit his or her needs. By allotting a set amount for every employee, it also ensures that all employees are receiving an equitable share of training and education.
