Quadrint, Inc. offers full time employees with health insurance through BlueCross BlueShield insurance company of Missouri. Quadrint participates in the AllianceChoice program which offers:

With AllianceChoice, Quadrint, Inc. employees are free to choose their physician and hospital each time they receive care, without first contacting a primary care physician. Quadrint, Inc. employees receive a higher level of benefits when they use network providers, but they are not restricted to the use of network physicians and hospitals.

Quadrint also provides optional Flexible Spending Account benefits for all its employees.

Dental Insurance

Quadrint, Inc. offers full time employees dental insurance through Brokers National Life Assurance Company. We believe Quadrint, Inc.’s dental insurance plan is among the best available on the market today. The plan allows you to choose any dentist for your convenience. As an added enhancement, Quadrint employees also have the option to save more money by using Brokers National’s dental network.

In the plan, Employees receive immediate coverage for preventative and restorative procedures. The plan also provides progressively increasing benefits to the employee each year the he or she remains in the program through the third year of coverage, at which point the employee is eligible for maximum coverage.

Life Insurance

Quadrint, Inc. employees who enroll in the BlueCross BlueShield health insurance plan are eligible for $20,000 life insurance coverage. Additionally, Quadrint, Inc. works with a third party benefits administrator to assist with additional life insurance needs.
